Art Historian:
Independent art historian specialising in Renaissance art, with broader interests in the art and architecture of Ancient Greece, Rome, and Ancient Egypt. Research interests include: reception of Classical and Renaissance art and culture, including the broader aspects of selective acceptance and rejection; relocating the Renaissance; borders and cultural identity; the culture of memory; gendered patterns of patronage.
Teaching:
Over 10 years experience in teaching across various levels of adult and higher education, creating a stimulating and encouraging learning environment.
Course topics include: Renaissance Art & Architecture also Ancient Egypt, Greece and Rome.
